i do declare® has a diverse sound that you will want to put on repeat. Following the group's independent release, "A Rebel's Chance" in 2011, the first single, “Stabbed,” has garnered the band much success in which the EP in its entirety discusses relationships and fosters the importance of trust, loyalty and growth that each of us can relate to.
Pat Ryan Key – a rising singer/songwriter from Northwest Arkansas – founded the award-winning, alternative rock band in 2010. Throughout the course of three months, Pat wrote, recorded and performed all of the instrumentation and vocals at a home studio for what was to become "A Rebel's Chance."
From a raw and powerful voice to melodic instrumentation, Pat seems to have captured the greatest elements from some of the best artists across time. His music howls with emotion and does not fall short when on stage with powerful melodies comprised of crunchy guitar riffs, a solid rhythm section and unique vocals.
Throughout the last five years, IDD quickly became a local favorite with regular airplay on local radio leading to secure a Northwest Arkansas Music Award for Best New Artist in 2012. The Arkansas-based group has built a strong presence in the region by heavy touring throughout its native state as well Kansas and Missouri with their alternative, soulful rock that pays tribute to such influences as Credence Clearwater Revival to Led Zeppelin to the likes of Soundgarden and The Black Keys.
In early 2015, IDD released a new single and video for “Ten Killer,” a track inspired by the Lake Tenkiller in Oklahoma. It has garnered subsequent airplay as well and has been a steady fixture on local radio. Late 2015, Pat Ryan Key is soon to release a new solo effort that he wrote, performed, arranged and co-produced with Chris Moore from East Hall Recording with guest appearances from local Arkansas-native musicians.
Whether he is by himself or with a full band, Pat is a natural-born leader and takes any stage as though it is his home. The bar is set higher, with this new effort recorded in a professional studio environment. Check out his new video for Them Bees. "This album is incredible. It truly showcases Ryan's talent as an artist, and his passion for music. He is definitely an entertainer and is here to stay!! Absolutely cannot wait to hear more!!!!!!!" "The vocals are unique not like anybody else's out there. Also all the instrumental was done by Patrick Ryan which is amazing. It's real music not done by a computer beside putting it all together for the end product! Definitely a must have!!" "Great album, has a newer unique sound that separates you from the crap on the radio! I can feel the effort and emotions put into the making of this just from listening…"
